Jesus left the temple and was going away, when His disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. — Matthew 24: 1-14<\/p>\n + + +<\/p>\n
\nBut He answered them, \u201cYou see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.\u201d
\nAs He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, \u201cTell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age?\u201d
\nAnd Jesus answered them, \u201cSee that no one leads you astray.
\n\u201cFor many will come in My name, saying, \u2018I am the Christ,\u2019 and they will lead many astray.
\n<\/em>\u201cAnd you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet.
\n\u201cFor nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.
\n\u201cAll these are but the beginning of the birth pangs.
\n\u201cThen they will cause you to suffer tribulation, even put you to death; and you will be hated by all nations for My name\u2019s sake.
\n\u201cMany will be offended and betray one another and hate one another.
\n\u201cMany false prophets will arise and lead many astray.
\n\u201cAnd as lawlessness increases, the love of many will grow cold.
\n\u201cBut the one who endures to the end will be saved.
\n\u201cThis Gospel of the Kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations…
\n\u201cAnd then the end will come.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
